Winsome is a wonderfully typey 1983 mare sired by the legendary Severn West Wind. Her pedigree, conformation and temperament boast the true Welsh Mountain Pony type. Winsome has borne three exceptional colts bearing the Scarborough prefix: Scarborough Stormwind (above, left), foaled 2001 (by *Granby Tom Thumb), Scarborough Crusader, foaled 2002 (by Caris Royal Guardsman LOM), and Scarborough Sunny Prince, foaled 2003 (by Caris Royal Guardsman LOM).

Winsome was sold in foal to Pep's Welsh Ponies, where she foaled a bay filly by Caris Royal Guardsman LOM.
